1998 – a group of entrepreneurs experienced in the IT sector pools its knowledge base, creating Partners Associates Srl
2000 – opening of the first offices in Padua, Milan, and Rome
2003 – first acquisition of a small IT company
2005 – acquisition of MIT Srl of Milan, now part of PA
2006 – acquisition of S.I. Soluzioni Informatiche Srl of Collecchio (PR), now part of PA
2007 – acquisition of the Gruppo MET company branch specialising in extraordinary administration – MET Sviluppo – now called PA Sanità e Pubblica Amministrazione Srl of Vibo Valentia
2008 – Partners Associates becomes a limited company
2008 – establishment of PA Progetti Srl of Naples
2009 – launch of an important business plan to consolidate the Group’s presence on specific markets through various acquisitions:
- INIT Srl of Perugia (acquisition of a majority interest)
- SYSNET Srl of Pavia (acquisition of a majority interest)
- KYKLOS Srl di Scandicci - Firenze (acquisition of a minority interest)
2010 – Continues its policy of strengthening in specific markets:
- TEX-IN Srl of Biella (acquisition of a majority interest)
2011 – expansion into foreign markets:Turkey, China, India, South America.
- ICG (Innovation Company Group) was established. It will be the reference point of the textile and apparel in Italy and around the world.
- NUMEKO Srl: new acquisition for a new market. The company is a leader in IT solutions dedicated to the Environment.
