Great success for PA and ICG!
ITMA, the most important International Exhibition of Textile Machinery, finished. It has been held every four years since 1951. This year took place from 22 to 29 September 2011 at Barcelona.
Gruppo PA attended ITMA to launch the brand new ICG Suite, an all in one pack with unique and integrated solutions for the textile and apparel industry. Despite global economic crisis, over 1.300 companies attended the exhibition, coming from 45 different countries, spread on 90.240 square meters area.
A positive sign comes from Italy, the country with the highest number of exhibitors (322), followed by Germany and Switzerland. Great results for Turkey as well. 120 different nationalities attended ITMA as visitors.
PA’s booth gained great success in attracting visitors and contacts, with good prospects for the near future: India, Turkey, South America and, China visited us and got interested on our 5 solutions: Leonardo CAD (with an integration for Jaquard), Visual PLM, I-Plan, Monitoring & Quality Control, Dynamics AX for Apparel and Textile.
Thanks to a well known showcase like ITMA the ICG Suite for Apparel & Textile industry got introduced in the market. We count to increase our presence now not only in Europe, but in the Rest of the World as well.
