Gruppo Partners Associates and Porini are happy to announce a worldwide cooperative agreement. PA Group has active Textile and Apparel operations in Italy, Turkey, United States of America, China, Hong-Kong and Mexico and under the terms of this agreement PA becomes the first global Porini distribution partner.

The global agreement includes the transfer of all ongoing customer activities and ownership of customers in the USA from Porini USA Inc. to PA USA Inc. This decision is in line with the strategy of Porini in that they will focus on product development and consulting services, and support Gruppo PA in their commitment to become a main player in the international apparel and textile markets.
