UP Solutions & PA join forces

Pursuing its activities of internationalization, Gruppo Partners Associates has decided to make new synergies with UP Solutions, the company from Como founded by professionals with a long lasting experience in PLM, Scheduling, Monitoring and Fabric Inspection solutions with strong competences in Microsoft Dynamics AX for Apparel & Textile industry.

“It is our intent to develop our activities in the global market through a solid and well consolidated partner” says Mr. Davide Giustina UP Solutions CEO, “we will transfer 20% of our shares to Partners Associates S.p.A., the leader company in Italy for the supplying of Information Technology solutions, with offices in the States, in Asia and soon in Turkey, with an established commercial & production structure”.

Partners Associates expands its offering of software solutions for the Apparel & Textile industry, becoming co-owner of solutions leader in the market. From today, the range of PA solutions goes from the ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX, CAD Leonardo, Planning I-Plan and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 to the UP Solutions PLM and the other cutting edge solutions for scheduling, monitoring and fabric inspection.
