SiGePro
The software procedure /SIGepro/ was developed as a comprehensive and integrated response to the growing need of public sector authorities; these authorities are involved in a process of simplification and rendering relationships transparent.  At the same time, they are called upon to manage administrative procedures and processes ever more efficiently.

The objective is to provide a service capable of optimising time and resources, while at the same time creating a system that is able to handle all the procedural phases. Thanks to a particularly sensitive settings system, the application can be adapted to administrations of any size, including those with very different service levels and procedural loads.

Who this is for

The procedure is aimed at offices in charge of economic development with SUAP modules (Sportello Unico per le Attività Produttive/Customer Service Desk for Manufacturing) and BUSINESS for the management of business activities and public works.  The SUE module has been designed for technical offices managing construction projects in compliance with the provisions in the Testo Unico per l’Edilizia/National Building Code (D.P.R. 380/2001).

Application sectors
  • Customer Service Desk for Manufacturing
  • Customer Service Desk for Construction
  • Business Office
Main functions

Workflow procedures:
enables adjusting the settings for procedures.
Planning, development, and timetable: allows for the planning and completing an activity according to a precise timetable; includes times alerts and deadlines for the activity underway.
Printing and document type: allows for printing and creation of RTF documents which can contain both text information as well as procedure-related information..
Monitoring and Statistics: through this feature, individuals in charge of the service can monitor the activity being carried out in various ways.
MetaData: allows for the creation and definition of information to be integrated with pre-existing information regarding procedure management.
CMS: a small Content Management System created for publishing information. Authorised operators can insert or modify contents in the Front Office simply and comprehensively.

Procedure management is conducted via two completely integrated forms.
The Information Form (Front Office): this delivers all the information for various procedures being managed. It assists the requesting unit during the preliminary identification phase about any suitable work areas (regional marketing form); it also assists during the document and form preparation phase, which must be submitted to the appropriate office.
Application form (Back Office): manages the procedure by assisting the person in charge and operators in completing any formalities and requirements.

Via a procedural workflow and based on the information pertaining to the request, the application plans out the work required to obtain the authorisation.

It manages the exchange of documents between the municipality and the administrative authorities involved, and produces a timetable for the management of the activity..

The control and data processing features assist and guide the operator during the development of the procedure.  An advanced parametric system means the platform can be adopted by Municipalities of any size.

Si.Ge.Pro. is available both on an “Open Source” platform as well as on a Microsoft 2000/2003 Server platform.
